Corporate Wellness in Action

Here you can see my programs integrated into various corporate environments. I’ve had the pleasure of working with diverse teams at companies like ABB Group, IKEA, and Autoliv, tailoring each session to meet their unique needs. My goal is to create a genuine space for rest and rejuvenation within the workday.

Wellness at Your Desk

You don't need to leave your desk to find relief. I specialize in chair and desk yoga programs that are accessible to everyone, regardless of flexibility or experience. These sessions focus on simple, effective movements to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and back, and can be done right in your work clothes.

Sound Bath & Deep Relaxation

This is often the most loved part of my sessions. I use a collection of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, along with other sound healing instruments, to create an immersive vibrational experience. The pure frequencies guide the mind into a meditative state, release emotional tension, and promote deep, restorative rest.

Posture & Mobility Guides

So much of our daily discomfort comes from how we hold and move our bodies. In these short video guides, I share practical exercises to improve posture, increase mobility, and release common areas of tension like the neck, shoulders, and hips. These are simple tools you can use every day to feel better in your body.

Wellness Workshops & Talks

I design and deliver engaging workshops and talks for large organizations, schools, and corporate groups. These sessions go beyond physical yoga, covering crucial topics like stress reduction, energy management, postural health, and practical self-care strategies for modern life.

Mindfulness for Young Minds

I believe in planting the seeds of wellness from a young age. I create fun, engaging, and gentle mindfulness sessions for children at schools and summer camps. Using storytelling, sound, and simple movements, I help kids learn to calm their minds, understand their breath, and relax their bodies.
