I bring movement and mindfulness directly to your workspace. Whether it is a desk detox or a sound bath session, I create a space for your team to pause, breathe, and reset.

A session begins with settling in. Here, I am guiding the team at ABB Group through a grounding meditation to help them transition from the busyness of their day into a space of mindful presence before we begin our practice.

This is the moment of integration. After mindful movement, employees at ABB rest in Savasana, allowing the benefits of the practice to settle into their bodies and minds. This period of deep rest is crucial for stress reduction and mental clarity.

During the relaxation phase of a corporate session, I walk among the participants with a sound bowl. This allows the healing vibrations to wash over them, deepening their state of rest and helping to release stored tension.

It was a pleasure to lead a personalized session for this small group at IKEA. I customize my programs for teams of any size, ensuring everyone receives attention and guidance.

Movement is medicine for a body that sits. In this session at IKEA, we are working through a series of gentle lunges and stretches to open the hips and energize the body after hours spent at a desk.

A sound bath brings a beautiful close to a physical practice. Here at IKEA, employees relax on their mats as I play the crystal and Tibetan bowls, creating a serene atmosphere for deep relaxation right in their workspace.

Guiding the IKEA team through Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog. This foundational yoga pose is excellent for energizing the body, stretching the hamstrings and spine, and calming the mind.

Even simple seated poses can provide immense relief. This group at IKEA is engaging in a gentle twist, a key movement for improving spinal mobility and aiding digestion, making it a perfect midday reset.

Kicking off an International Yoga Day session at Autoliv. I always begin by introducing the concepts of mindfulness and breathwork, setting the intention for a practice that goes beyond just physical postures.

Breath is the anchor to the present moment. Here, the team at Autoliv is practicing Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, a powerful pranayama technique to balance the nervous system and enhance focus.
