My mat is a space for every version of me—tired, joyful, or just growing. Here is a look into my practice, focusing on inversions, arm balances, and the strength that comes from true surrender.

From a challenging Eight-Angle Pose (Ashtavakrasana) to a handstand, this flow is about showing up for your practice no matter how you feel. Strong, tired, joyful, or broken, the mat is there to hold you.

My odd-ish but loving relationship with Pincha Mayurasana, the forearm stand. This video shows the journey of finding balance, from a tucked position to a full expression of the pose.

A Pincha Mayurasana flow in my garden in Dehradun. Practicing outdoors, surrounded by greenery, adds a special sense of peace and connection to my inversion practice.

Working on the challenging flipped grip in Sugarcane pose. This advanced posture requires a great deal of shoulder and hip flexibility, and it's a pose I am constantly learning from.

About Strength & Surrender: Advanced Asana Gallery

If you are working towards your first handstand or refining your forearm balance, know that the wobble is part of the work. In my sessions, we do not just train muscles; we learn how to breathe through the intensity of an inversion and find balance even when the world feels upside down. Whether you are joining my online classes or a retreat, we build that physical resilience slowly, respecting where your body is today.
