Move beyond the poses to find true calm. Join me for retreats where we explore pranayama, meditation, and silence, helping you reconnect with your inner stillness.

संतोषम् परम् सुखम्. Contentment is the highest happiness. This is the core of my teaching, captured here in a simple flow in nature. Finding joy in what is, right now, is the ultimate goal of yoga.

Practicing Nadi Shodhana pranayama, or alternate nostril breathing, in a peaceful park in Dharamkot. This breathing technique is incredibly calming for the nervous system and helps us cultivate patience.

"What if the setback was just part of the setup?" A reflective flow with a powerful message. My practice is a space to contemplate these thoughts and trust that life is happening for you, not to you.

From darkness to light, a meditation on a quote by Hubert Reeves. We worship an invisible God but destroy visible Nature, unaware that Nature is the God we are destroying. This is a call to honor the sacred in the world around us.

A flow that embodies both strength and softness, from Compass Pose to Upward-Facing Dog. Yoga teaches us that these two qualities can and should coexist within us.

Don't just move, flow with purpose. A mindful headstand flow in the park, where every movement is intentional and connected to the breath. This is how we turn asana into a moving meditation.

While the body benefits from movement, the mind benefits from stillness. This video shows a simple flow from a standing backbend to a forward fold, a practice that both energizes and calms.

About this collection

On my retreats, we do not just practice on the mat. We integrate nature-based sessions, from forest bathing in Himachal to river meditation in Rishikesh, to help you ground yourself in the five elements. It is about building a sustainable practice that you can carry back to your daily life, not just one that stays at the resort.

Yoga is a way of life, and my retreats are designed to help you step away from the noise to find your 'santosh', or deep contentment. Whether you are a beginner or have years of practice, these immersive experiences focus on the dimensions of yoga that often get missed in a crowded studio setting.

What We Focus On

  • Pranayama & Meditation: We move beyond asana to explore breathwork, Kriyas, and guided meditation to calm the nervous system.
  • Panchabhuta Connection: In my Himalayan retreats, we connect with the five elements through mountain air, forest bathing, and Trataka fire gazing.
  • Sound Healing: My Bali retreats include sessions at the Pyramids of Chi, using sound vibrations to aid holistic healing.

Real Expectations

Many participants arrive feeling tired or disconnected. You do not need to be 'zen' to join me. My goal is to hold space for you to show up exactly as you are. We eat wholesome, sattvic meals and build a community where you can share stories and find people who resonate with your journey. We are here to evolve, not to achieve a perfect pose.
