My Bali retreats are designed for real people, not just flexible yogis. We spend our mornings in the shala with dedicated teachers, but the rest of the day is yours to explore Ubud’s cafes, chase waterfalls, or simply rest by the infinity pool. You aren’t just signing up for classes; you are coming for a total reset where we handle all the local logistics, from airport pickups to temple rituals, so you can just be.
Finding Contentment in Bali
We do not just come to Bali for the palm trees. We come to practice Swadhyaya, or self-study. Whether you are a beginner or have practiced for years, my Bali retreats focus on the balance between active Ashtanga and restorative Hatha. We pair physical movement with deep healing, including tickets to the Pyramids of Chi for sound healing and visits to holy water temples for traditional purification rituals.
The Practical Side
This is a 6-day immersive experience based in the heart of Ubud. Your stay includes 5 nights in a premium boutique eco-resort, breakfast and dinner featuring local Balinese vegetarian cuisine, and two-way airport transfers. We leave lunch open so you have the freedom to explore the vibrant cafe scene in Ubud on your own. My goal is to make this transition from your busy city life to the quiet of the island as smooth as possible.
