Mindfulness and Healing Retreats by Surbhi
Join me for retreats designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect. From the quiet hills of Dehradun to the stillness of Goa, we use sound healing and restorative yoga to help you drop the tension and just be.
Sound healing is a powerful tool for deep relaxation. In my retreats, I guide you through immersive sessions with Tibetan singing bowls to help soothe your mind and balance your energy.
Happiness is a moment of complete surrender. Resting peacefully on the mat, soaking in the warm sunlight after a gentle practice.
Take a peek into the quiet, soulful moments of our retreats. From candlelit meditation to shared moments of reflection, every detail is curated to help you relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect.
At our "Hillside Harmony" retreat, we were joined by a holistic therapist who introduced us to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle, hands-on technique for deep healing and relaxation.
This wall-supported flow is for those slow days when you need a little extra support. Hold each pose, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to feel rested and restored.
Experience the power of vibration. Sound healing sessions are an integral part of my retreats, helping to balance the body's energy centers and promote a state of deep calm.
Start your day with Kriyas. These traditional yogic cleansing techniques, like Jala Neti shown here, help to invigorate the mind and body for the day ahead.
Relax, release, and restore. This is your reminder to slow down. A restorative practice like this supported camel pose encourages inner peace and nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
A moment of pure relaxation. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest. This is what it looks like to completely let go.
Preparing for a restorative session with props like blocks and a comfortable mat. Creating a supportive environment is key to a deep and nourishing practice.
About Mindfulness & Healing
You will notice in these photos that we prioritize props like bolsters and blankets. That is because a restorative practice should not feel like a workout. In my retreats, we use these tools so your nervous system can truly downshift, allowing you to hold postures long enough to actually release deep-seated tension.
These retreats are where I see the most profound shifts in my students. It is easy to get caught up in the noise of daily life, but when we step away—whether it is to a boutique resort in the Dehradun hills or a quiet villa by the Goa coast—we create the necessary space for the nervous system to reset.
My approach is straightforward. We focus on restorative yoga, sound healing with Tibetan bowls, and guided meditation to quiet the mind. You do not need to be flexible or have a regular practice to join. I explicitly design these days so that beginners feel just as supported as experienced practitioners. We use bolsters, blocks, and blankets to make sure every pose is comfortable. When the body feels safe and supported, the mind naturally follows suit and relaxes.
In my sessions, we often incorporate breathwork, like Ujjayi, to anchor our focus. We also balance the stillness with gentle movement, including morning flows or playful partner sessions. Most importantly, I handle all the planning. You just need to arrive. Whether you are coming to escape the city for a few days or to dive deep into your own healing journey, there is a place for you here.

I am Surbhi, and I believe the best yoga practice is the one that lets you finally exhale. I host these retreats not as a rigid training camp, but as a space where you can be fully human, wobble a bit, and find your calm.
