(Hero Item) As your guide, my hands-on approach is central to my teaching. Here, I am assisting a student in an aerial yoga hammock, ensuring she feels secure and can safely explore the pose. It is all about finding that balance between challenge and support.

Yoga is truly for every body, and my chair yoga sessions prove it. This video shows a class using chairs for support in a forward bend, making the stretch accessible and effective for everyone, regardless of flexibility or mobility.

Partner yoga in the park is a beautiful way to connect with another person and with nature. This Acro Yoga pose, a supported downward dog and handstand variation, builds strength, balance, and a great deal of trust between partners.

My own practice is my foundation. Here I am using wall ropes for a supported horizontal plank, a powerful core strengthening asana that requires dedication and focus. This is the kind of strength I help my students build.

In my studio, we use various props to deepen our practice. This class is using yoga wheels and blocks for a supported backbend, which helps open the chest and spine safely. It shows how we can modify poses to suit individual needs.

You can practice with me from anywhere in the world. This clip shows my online yoga class setup, where I provide live guidance and detailed instruction to students at home, ensuring they get the same quality of teaching as an in-person session.

The energy in a group class is incredible. This session at a fitness studio shows students moving together, exploring a challenging kneeling backbend with my hands-on assistance. We focus on alignment and pushing our boundaries safely.

A smile is the simplest form of yoga. My philosophy is to be a knowledgeable Yogacharya but also a friendly and approachable guide on your journey to wellness.

In these classes, I do not just watch from the front of the room. You will find me right there with you, using hands-on adjustments to correct your alignment and helping you find ease in challenging poses. Whether you are using a hammock to decompress your spine or a chair to improve your mobility, my focus is always on your safety and steady progress.

Yoga is for every body, regardless of age or fitness level. In my sessions, we move beyond just asanas to focus on holistic health—mental peace, physical mobility, and emotional balance.

Why My Approach is Different

My teaching style is hands-on and therapeutic. You are not just following a video; you are working with a guide who understands anatomy and alignment.

  • Aerial Yoga: We use silks to take the pressure off your joints. It is incredible for spinal decompression and building deep core strength without the usual wear and tear.
  • Acro & Partner Yoga: This is where we break the ice. It is not just about the pose; it is about learning to trust your partner and yourself. We laugh when we wobble, and that is exactly the point.
  • Chair Yoga & Therapy: For those with limited mobility, desk jobs, or chronic pain like acidity or back pain, we use chairs and props. This makes practice accessible even if you cannot sit on the floor.

Whether you join me at 21 Fitness in Greater Kailash, Vasant Kunj, or Kailash Health Village in Noida, the focus remains on personal attention. I keep batch sizes small—usually 8 to 12 students—to ensure that every person gets the guidance they need. If you cannot make it to a studio, my online classes ensure you get the same level of correction and care right from your living room.
