Yoga That Feels Less Like Exercise and More Like Masti
Forget the boring, repetitive poses. We use aerial hammocks, wall ropes, and games to build strength, fix posture, and honestly, just have a great time while getting fit.
Teamwork makes the dream work, especially when you are all balancing on one leg. This is Team Langdi, where we mix a little bit of childhood fun with our yoga practice to build balance, coordination, and lots of laughter.
Watch our little yogis fly. In my aerial yoga classes, kids build amazing strength and flexibility while having the time of their lives. We use hammocks to make challenging poses like splits feel like play.
Dealing with constant aches? Yoga is the answer. This is a quick guide to simple asanas that strengthen your core, provide back pain relief, support your pelvic health, and ease leg pain. Just a few minutes a day can make a huge difference.
I believe in progress, not perfection. Here I am guiding one of my young students through a deep stretch. It’s these small, consistent steps that lead to big results in flexibility and confidence.
True strength isn't just about lifting yourself; it's about having the power to lift others too. Our partner and aerial yoga sessions are designed to build both physical strength and a strong sense of community and trust.
Who says yoga is only for the mat? We took our practice to the pool for Aqua Yoga. It's the perfect way to keep the body cool and the mind still, combining the benefits of yoga with the gentle resistance of water.
Wondering why your child should practice yoga? Here's a quick breakdown. From Tadasana for height to Ustrasana for a strong back and Padmasana for good posture, I teach kids the essential asanas for all-round development.
This is the grand welcome we give a student who returns after a one-month gap. Our yoga class is more than just a class; it's a family where we have fun, pull each other's legs, and always have each other's back.
About Featured
We cap our group batches at 10 to 15 students, which means you get actual, hands-on adjustments every time. Whether you are using our Iyengar-style wall ropes for spinal decompression or hammocks for an aerial flow, you will never be lost in the crowd.
Why My Yoga Style Works
Yoga is the asli (real) medicine, but that does not mean it has to be serious or silent. At my Vile Parle studio, we focus on functional movement. If you spend your day hunched over a laptop, we use wall ropes to decompress your spine. If you are struggling with chronic back pain or PCOD, we integrate targeted asanas rather than generic flows.
What You Get
- Aerial & Rope Yoga: We use props like hammocks and belts to make advanced inversions safe and accessible, even if you are a complete beginner.
- Therapeutic Focus: My 1-on-1 sessions are custom-mapped to your body type, using manual adjustments to help with slip disc, sciatica, or general stiffness.
- Kids' Fitness: Our 'Little Yogis' batches combine brain gym games and height-increasing drills, so your child actually looks forward to their workout.
The Vibe
It is simple. We laugh, we play, and we work hard. My classes are a mix of intense discipline and games, because if you are having fun, you are more likely to show up tomorrow. Whether you join me in the studio or connect for a live online session, the goal is the same: build a body that serves you for the long run, without relying on medicines.
