The life of a yogi is a journey. Here I am walking by the river in Rishikesh, mat on my back, ready for practice. My retreats are an invitation for you to walk this path with me for a few days.

About My Personal Practice & Philosophy

My daily practice is a mix of intense calisthenics and traditional Hatha, which is exactly why my classes are never just about stretching. You will find me combining arm balances with breathwork because I believe strength must be balanced with calm, and that is the logic I apply to every therapy plan I create for my students in Rajouri Garden.
