Group Yoga Sessions & Community Workshops in Rajouri Garden
Yoga is best practised together. Whether in a local park in Rajouri Garden or on a mountain retreat, join our group sessions to stay consistent and find your flow.
A glimpse from one of my outdoor yoga workshops in Rajouri Garden. It's a beautiful thing to see so many people breathing and moving together, from pranayama exercises to asanas like Bhujangasana, supporting each other's wellness journey.
About Group Sessions & Community
When we practice in groups, you aren't just following a video. In my Rajouri Garden outdoor workshops, I personally check your alignment—from your Bhujangasana to your pranayama breathing—to make sure you stay injury-free and get the maximum benefit. Being surrounded by others on the same journey makes the hard days easier to push through.
Why Practice in a Group?
I’ve been teaching for over 20 years, and I see a massive difference when people practice together versus alone. When you are in a group, you aren't just doing asanas; you are feeding off the collective energy. Whether it is a weekend Hatha Yoga session in a park or an intense retreat in the mountains, the environment changes how you feel.
What You Get in My Sessions
- Real-Time Correction: Unlike online videos, I am right there. If your spine is crooked or your breath is shallow, I will correct it. My group classes are small enough that everyone gets personal attention.
- Consistent Motivation: We all know how easy it is to skip a workout at home. When you sign up for a community batch, you show up. You make friends. You hold each other accountable.
- Diverse Learning: We focus on everything from weight loss and core strength to specific issues like cervical or back pain. You might be working on your own health, but you will be doing it alongside people dealing with similar struggles.
Retreats & Workshops
Beyond the studio, I host outdoor workshops and destination retreats. We have done sunrise yoga sessions facing the Ganga in Rishikesh and quiet, meditative practice in the Jim Corbett forests. These are not just holidays—they are deep dives into your health where we put the city noise, traffic, and mobile phones on mute. If you want to take your practice from the mat into your daily life, these community experiences are the perfect place to start.
