There is nothing more purifying than a dip in the holy Ganga at Haridwar. This is a part of the spiritual journey we take on my retreats, cleansing the body and soul.

What we actually do I curate every retreat to ensure it is not just a vacation, but a real practice. We combine morning Hatha Yoga and Pranayama to wake up the system with evening Restorative Yoga and Meditation to calm the mind. If we are in Rishikesh, we practice by the Ganga. If we are in the forest, we use the natural silence to deepen our concentration.
