This is what my retreats are all about, yaar. We leave the city behind to find our balance by the sacred Ganges, practicing yoga, connecting with nature, and finding that pura sukoon. It's a complete reset for your mind and body.

Walking along the ghats in Rishikesh, with the energy of the 'Om' symbol beside me. These are the moments of peace and spiritual connection I want to share with you on my wellness getaways.

Finding stability and openness in Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, with the clean air and the sound of the river. Practicing asanas in nature is a completely different experience that deepens your focus and flexibility.

Sometimes you have to challenge yourself to change yourself. Here on the sands of the Ganga, I'm working on my acro yoga flow. This is the kind of energy and strength we build together.

There is nothing more purifying than a dip in the holy Ganga at Haridwar. This is a part of the spiritual journey we take on my retreats, cleansing the body and soul.
