Yoga is more than just a workout for me; it is a way of life. This is where I share the thoughts, reflections, and practices that keep me balanced—from my quietest moments of sadhana to the lessons I learn every day.

A peek into a typical workday in my life as a yoga teacher in Delhi. It's a life of discipline, early mornings, and constant movement, and I am grateful for every moment of it.

I have two sides: one very calm, and one very goofy. This video shows both! Life is a play of duality, and true beauty lies in finding balance and enjoying all its phases.

A reflection on righteousness and karma. Yoga teaches us to be strong enough to stand for what is right, even when it's difficult. Our first responsibility is to be the best human we can be.

My yoga mat is the one place in this world where I get lost only to find my true self. It is my sacred space for practice, reflection, and connection.

A quiet moment of Sadhana (spiritual practice). I believe every action and thought can be a form of sadhana when done with mindfulness and the intention to grow.

Meditating in Padmasana. A quiet, happy faith is the best foundation for practice. This is where I find my confidence and my connection to the divine.

A post about the danger of ego in the yoga world. Humbleness is the most attractive quality. The first thing we learn in yoga is to surrender the 'I' and stay grounded.

This practice is a reminder to know your worth. Only when you understand the value you bring to the world can you expect others to acknowledge it too.

A moment of reflection in a seated twist. I believe it's so important to work on your mind, because every action, every feeling, everything in our life starts with a single thought.

Meditating in Padmasana. This is my time to connect, to quiet the noise, and to remember that the journey inward is the most important one we can take.

About My Path, My Philosophy

My classes at the Chattarpur studio aren't just about nailing a pose; they are about 'sadhana'—using the mat to understand yourself. Whether we are practicing Vinyasa flow or deep breathing, the goal is to observe your thoughts and emotions, not just your movement. I believe if you can understand your internal dialogue, you can handle the chaos of Delhi life outside the studio.
