The Power of Sangha: Community & Workshops
Yoga is meant to be shared. My workshops and Sangha sessions are spaces where we move, breathe, and grow together, creating a community that supports your individual journey.

About The Power of Sangha: Community & Workshops
Joining our in-person Sangha sessions is not about perfecting a posture. It is about the collective energy we build in the room. Whether we are exploring Hatha fundamentals in DLF Phase 5 or gathering for a weekend Kirtan, these sessions move you out of isolation and into a space of shared support. It is real, unhurried, and perfect for when you need to feel part of something.
Sadhana is often an individual pursuit, but 'Sangha' is the community that holds us when the path feels long. In my workshops and group classes, we move past the isolation of modern life to create a space of shared practice. We focus on Hatha yoga foundations, pranayama, and vocal chanting in a way that feels accessible rather than intimidating.
Our gatherings in Gurgaon, specifically in DLF Phase 5, serve as an open forum for connection. If you are looking for more than just a workout, these sessions offer a chance to discuss yoga philosophy and integrate mindfulness into your week. I also maintain a hybrid format for our Special Sangha sessions, ensuring that even if you cannot be with us in person, you can still participate in the chanting and meditation. This is about finding balance in a hectic world, one breath and one song at a time.
My approach is to keep the groups intimate and focused on the quality of our connection. We prioritize alignment and breath work over complex poses, making these sessions suitable for all levels of experience.
