Interactive Online Yoga & Gymnastics for Kids
Distance is no barrier to learning. My online classes bring the same energy as my studio, turning your home into a space for your child to focus, get flexible, and have fun.
You can join my yoga family from anywhere in the world. This is a snapshot from one of my online kids yoga classes, where a mother and daughter are practicing together, showing that you can build a healthy routine right from the comfort of your home.
This is a young student from my online class mastering Tolasana, or the Scale Pose. It's an advanced arm-balancing posture that requires significant core strength and focus, and he is demonstrating it beautifully.
About Online Yoga & Gymnastics
Most parents worry that virtual classes mean their child won't get enough attention, but I run my batches small so I can actually see your child through the screen. I give real-time verbal cues for posture, balance, and alignment just as if I were standing in the room with you, ensuring they practice safely every single time.
My online setup is not a pre-recorded video where kids just watch and follow along. We use Zoom and Google Meet to keep things live and interactive. This ensures that every child gets the same guidance they would in my studio, whether we are working on Tree Pose for height gain or basic gymnastics conditioning.
How Online Sessions Work
We stick to a consistent 3-day weekly schedule (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat), which is perfect for building a healthy habit without overwhelming your child. Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes, the ideal length for keeping attention focused on mindfulness, breathwork, and agility challenges.
Why This Works
- Real-time Correction: I don't just demonstrate; I observe. If a child's form is off during a cartwheel or a stretch, I call it out immediately so they learn the correct way from the start.
- Screen Time with a Purpose: Instead of being passive in front of a screen, children are active, moving, and engaging in home-based agility drills.
- Holistic Curriculum: Beyond just asanas, we include 'Good Habits' workshops and moral storytelling to build character alongside physical strength.
If your child is struggling with screen fatigue or just needs a healthy outlet for their energy, this is how we fix it—together, from home.
