Mother Nature is the great equalizer. On a weekend hike with my husband and our friends, we find healing and connection in the mountains, away from the noise of daily life.
"I wanna be free, like a bird in a tree." True freedom is found not in chasing what's next, but in embracing the joy of the present moment, just like this carefree dip in the pool.
Just arrived in paradise and discovered a hidden attic oasis on Havelock Island. This is the perfect spot for unwinding, recharging, and a little yoga flow amidst the trees.
Boat days are the best days! A serene coracle ride on the Kabini river was a highlight of our wellness retreat, a perfect blend of adventure, tranquility, and fun with our community.
If we just smile. Sometimes, that's all it takes to shift your energy and choose happiness. A simple smile is contagious and a beautiful expression of gratitude.
Embracing nature, one tree at a time. Hugging trees, walking barefoot, and breathing fresh air are simple ways to restore and balance the five elements within us.

Travel for me isn't about checking items off a list. It is about finding spaces where we can truly exhale. You will see moments here from the Kabini river to the shores of Havelock, but the common thread is Dinacharya—the daily rhythm that aligns us with nature. My retreats are simply an extension of this personal journey.
Why Practice with Me?
My teaching is rooted in Iyengar yoga, which uses props like ropes, chairs, and blocks to make alignment accessible to everyone. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we focus on what your body needs, not what a textbook says.
The Retreat Philosophy
When we practice together, we don't just 'work out.' We practice Sewa (selfless service), share traditional Yele Oota (banana leaf feasts), and nurture the connection between the mind and body. Everything I offer—from my raw vegan meals to our candlelight meditations—is designed to help you drop the noise of daily life.
