I've lost over 15 kilos, but more importantly, I found myself again. This transformation wasn't just physical; it was about healing my body and mind, and I want to help you do the same.

Here is the proof that consistency pays off. This is my 35-day postpartum transformation, powered by simple home workouts and a balanced diet. It shows that you don't need extreme measures to see real results and start feeling like yourself again.

I love incorporating traditional Indian fitness tools like the Gada (mace) into my training. It's an incredible way to build functional upper body and core strength. My programs mix modern techniques with these timeless desi workouts to make fitness effective and interesting.
