Whether you are joining us at our therapy studios in Hosa Road or Kaggadasapura, or opting for home visits across Bangalore, the quality of instruction remains the same. We incorporate specialized props like aerial hammocks and wall ropes (Kurunta Yoga) to create space in your joints and safely traction the spine.
