Most workouts leave you drained, but my Fletcher Pilates sessions focus on Percussive Breathing and intentional alignment rather than just intensity. It is not about counting reps, it is about moving from a place of strength and awareness. You will leave feeling taller and more connected because I focus on finding space in your joints, which helps reduce the physical strain of daily life.

I started my journey as a contemporary dancer, and when I encountered the Fletcher method in Arizona, it changed how I viewed movement entirely. My classes here in Bangalore, whether in Koramangala or Indiranagar, follow that same path. We use the signature Fletcher Towel, focus on spinal articulation, and always keep the 'Every Body is beautiful' mantra at the heart of our practice.

Whether you are a complete beginner, a yoga teacher, or someone working a desk job who needs relief from stiffness, these sessions are designed for you. I keep group sizes small—between 4 to 10 students—so I can provide the hands-on adjustments that help you truly understand your body’s potential. We work on the foundation first: your breath and your posture. This ensures that your movement practice improves your daily life, not just your hour on the mat.
