Group Reformer Pilates Classes
We combine movement, breath, and a bit of self-discovery in our Andheri West studio. Whether you are starting out or looking for a challenge, our reformer sessions are designed to help you find balance.
This is what a full-body burn on the reformer looks like. We target everything from your hands and legs to your core, leaving you feeling stronger and more connected after every session.

I truly believe Pilates is therapy for the mind. It’s that one hour where you tune out the noise and focus only on your breath and movement, leaving you with a sense of calm that lasts.
We all have those moments of wanting to give up. As your instructor, I'm here to believe in you and remind you of the strength you already have. We've got this, together.

It’s so rewarding to see my clients discover their favorite exercises. The Arabesque is a challenging move that works the core and glutes, but as you can see, it’s also really fun.
Welcome to our space. I wanted to create a studio that feels like a second home, where you can walk in, leave the stress at the door, and focus on yourself.
About Featured
In our group reformer sessions, we keep it to just 4 to 6 people per class. This means you actually get correction on your form, whether you are trying the Arabesque or just mastering your breathing on the reformer carriage.
Pilates is more than just a workout, and we designed our studio to prove it. At Curve Pilates in Andheri West, we focus on the full Reformer experience. Whether you are aiming for core strength, improved flexibility, or just a bit of space to de-stress, our sessions are crafted to meet you where you are.
We use the Reformer, jumpboards, and props like magic circles and dumbbells to keep every class fresh. You will not get bored here. Because we limit our batches to 4-6 people, you get actual attention from your trainer. We watch your alignment, guide your breathing, and make sure you are safe.
Many of our members come in for the physical challenge but stay for the mental reset. You will feel that familiar gudgudahat (tingly burn) in your muscles, but you will also walk out with a clearer head. We offer flexible options, from drop-in sessions if you just want to test the waters, to annual memberships if you are ready to commit to your long-term journey.
