About this collection

Whether it is a team session at your office or a weekend class at a studio in Koramangala, my focus remains on tactile adjustments and sound healing. I bring the props and the ambiance so you can arrive as you are, regardless of your fitness level or whether you have ever stepped on a mat before.

In my group sessions, we build a community that supports your individual journey. If you join me in a studio, you will step into a sensory space enhanced with aromatherapy and sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls. These sessions are about more than just movement; they are about feeling at home in your body. We rotate between Hatha for alignment and Vinyasa for energy, but the priority is always your comfort.

For corporate teams, I adapt the practice to fit your workspace. We focus on desk-friendly stretches and breathwork like Anulom Vilom that can reset your nervous system in minutes, even if you are in professional attire. You do not need to change into gym clothes to benefit from these sessions. My batch sizes are intentionally small, usually between 10 and 15 people, which allows me to provide individual attention and manual corrections to keep your practice safe.

From the wooden flooring and full-length mirrors in our studio locations to the mobile props I bring for workshops, everything is set up to remove the friction between you and your practice. My goal is to ensure that by the time we reach the final relaxation in Savasana, you feel significantly more grounded than when you walked in.
