Bring deep rest to your office. Using Tibetan singing bowls and live flute meditation, I help teams release stress and reset their nervous system, right in your workspace.

This video shows the process of a sound healing session, from playing the bowls to participants resting in Savasana as I move around them with a bowl.

Participants deeply immersed in meditation, with the gentle resonance of a singing bowl in the foreground creating a tranquil atmosphere.

About this collection

Sound healing isn't just about clearing your mind; it's about shifting your nervous system from 'fight or flight' to 'rest and digest'. In my sessions, I use Tibetan singing bowls and live flute music to create a deep, meditative state for your team. You don’t need to be flexible or have yoga experience—you simply lie down in Savasana, and let the therapeutic vibrations release the tension built up from deadlines and desk work.

Why Sound Healing Works for Teams

Many of us are constantly operating in a high-stress, 'always-on' state. Our cortisol levels spike, and we struggle to fully switch off. Sound healing, or a 'sound bath,' isn't just about listening to music; it’s about entrainment—where your brainwaves sync with the external rhythm of the singing bowls. This helps the body and mind move into a state of profound restoration.

What Happens During a Session

I bring my collection of Tibetan singing bowls and a flute to your office conference room or cafeteria. We start with a brief breathwork session to settle the energy. Once the team is settled in Savasana (corpse pose), I begin the soundscape. The vibrations travel through the room, helping to physically and mentally release deep-seated tension. We often incorporate Yoga Nidra—a guided relaxation technique that takes you to that space between waking and sleeping, allowing for a deep nervous system reset.

Practical Details for HR & Office Leads

  • Setup: We need a quiet, comfortable space where people can lie down. Dim lighting helps, but we can work with your existing meeting room setup.
  • Accessibility: This is inclusive. It requires no previous yoga experience, physical fitness, or comfortable clothing. It’s perfect for all departments, from tech to sales.
  • Duration: Sessions run between 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Impact: You’ll notice an immediate shift in the room's energy. Teams walk out calmer, clearer, and more focused.

I’ve facilitated these sessions across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, and Lucknow, ensuring each experience is tailored to the specific vibe of your company. Whether you're planning a wellness day or just want to help your team recover from a heavy project sprint, sound healing offers a practical, science-backed way to prioritize mental clarity.
