It is practical movement designed to fit right into your meeting room or workstation, keeping productivity high while melting away the physical tension of sitting for hours.
Corporate life in a city like Bengaluru can be demanding, and the body often pays the price. Whether it is screen fatigue, stiff shoulders from typing, or the mental burnout that hits by mid-afternoon, these issues are common.
My approach to desk yoga isn't about flexibility; it is about accessibility. I have worked with everyone from tech startups to senior executives, and the goal is always the same: to give you tools that work in the real world. During these 60-minute sessions, we focus on three pillars:
- Physical Release: Simple stretches that target the areas holding the most stress—the neck, upper back, and wrists. You remain in your work clothes, and we use your existing office chairs as our primary tool.
- Pranayama (Breathwork): I guide your team through specific breathing techniques that calm the nervous system instantly. These are the tools I teach to help with decision-making and anxiety control.
- Marma Therapy: I introduce simple Ayurvedic pressure points that anyone can press to relieve a sudden headache or combat the feeling of fatigue after a long day of meetings.
