About this collection
For mat-based sessions, all I need is a clear floor space, like a conference room or cafeteria. We can keep it active with Power Yoga to wake everyone up, or gentle with Hatha Yoga to help reset your posture. I bring a portable microphone for larger groups, so everyone can follow along comfortably without feeling overwhelmed.
Office life often keeps us in a cycle of constant motion, but physical tension builds up when we stay in the same position for hours. My on-site mat yoga sessions are designed to break that cycle. Whether your team needs to burn off stress with a dynamic Power Yoga flow or unwind with a slow Hatha class, we customize the intensity based on your company culture and the energy levels of the day.
I also include partner yoga exercises in these sessions. It is a fantastic way to build trust and improve communication among colleagues outside of a formal meeting setting. For the final five to ten minutes, we move into Savasana, or guided relaxation, to ensure everyone returns to their desks feeling refreshed rather than tired.
I have worked with teams across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, and Lucknow, from startups to large corporations like Johnson & Johnson.
