During my sound healing sessions, I help employees enter a state of deep relaxation. Here, a team at HCL experiences a restorative Savasana, allowing the therapeutic vibrations of the singing bowls to melt away stress.

For teams with dedicated space, I offer on-site mat yoga classes like this one at Johnson & Johnson. We work on balance and focus with poses like Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), building both individual stability and collective calm.
