Aaj hum seekhenge Chakki Chalanasana, an excellent asana for reducing belly fat. In my one-on-one sessions, I provide detailed guidance on correct posture and breathing to ensure you get the maximum benefit from every pose.

Back pain is a common struggle, and Bhujangasana, or Cobra Pose, offers incredible relief. I will guide you through the correct way to perform this asana to strengthen your spine and improve posture safely.

When I left my corporate job six years ago, I didn't just want to teach poses. I wanted to help women navigate real challenges—hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, and the daily weight of stress. Whether you see me guiding a student through Chakki Chalanasana to target belly fat or helping a senior client with chair yoga, the goal remains the same: functionality and healing.

My approach is highly personalized. In this cluster, you see a mix of my home visits in North Delhi areas like Model Town and Civil Lines, alongside my online sessions. If you are dealing with PCOD, back pain, or just trying to build core strength after a busy year, we don't follow a cookie-cutter plan. We adapt the practice to you.

For my in-home clients, I bring the props and the posture correction right to your living room. For my online students, I ensure you get the same level of attention via Zoom, watching every movement to prevent injury and ensure form.
