I design my sessions specifically for women's unique needs, focusing on asanas that support the endocrine system, manage thyroid and PCOD symptoms, and provide relief during menstruation.

Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) has special benefits for women. It helps cure thyroid problems, varicose veins, and improves skin glow by boosting circulation.

This chart details the many health benefits of Sarvangasana, including strengthening the abdomen, improving digestive health, and relieving stress.

In this video, I explain the correct method and benefits of Pawanmuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), which is excellent for menstrual problems and reducing belly fat.

Halasana (Plough Pose) offers numerous benefits, including helping with menstrual disorders, curing symptoms of menopause, and stimulating the thyroid gland.

A demonstration of Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand). This inversion is known as the 'queen of asanas' for its wide-ranging benefits for the entire body, especially the endocrine system.

My student practicing Karnapidasana (Ear Pressure Pose), a deep inversion that calms the nervous system and stimulates the abdominal organs.

My student gracefully holds Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose variation), a restorative inversion that calms the nervous system and can help with menstrual cramps.

A student practicing Sirsasana (Headstand) with wall support. Inversions like this are powerful for improving circulation and balancing hormones.

This video shows the correct way to use a wall to get into Sirsasana (Headstand), making this powerful pose accessible even for beginners.

About Yoga for Hormonal Balance & Women's Health

My sessions are 1-on-1 because hormonal health is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, thyroid, or menopause symptoms, we work on specific asanas and breathing techniques to support your endocrine system. If you are in North Delhi, I can visit your home, or we can train live over Zoom.

Because I work with women who face issues like thyroid imbalances or weight struggles, we do not just hold poses. We focus on a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa flows, along with specific breathing exercises that directly influence how you feel. My approach is structured: we assess your medical history, discuss your diet (I provide naturopathy-based guidance), and then build a routine that respects your body's current limits.

Why Personalized Sessions Work

  • Medical Customization: We tailor routines for thyroid, cervical spondylitis, or menstrual pain. You are not a number here; you are an individual with specific recovery goals.
  • Diet Integration: Yoga is only half the story. I guide you on simple home remedies and diet tweaks that help alongside your practice.
  • Accessible Practice: If mat work is difficult due to stiffness or joint pain, I incorporate Chair Yoga. We use furniture you already have at home to make poses safer and more effective.

How We Train

I offer two main ways to connect. For in-person training, I travel to North Delhi (Model Town, Civil Lines, and GTB Nagar). We do 12 sessions per month, 3 days a week, with hands-on posture correction. If you are outside Delhi or prefer digital, we use 2-way video calls on Zoom. I watch your form in real-time, just as I would in person, and we adjust flows based on your room space and energy levels. My goal is to teach you how to listen to your body, so you can practice even on the days we do not meet.

Hi, I am Nidhi. Six years ago, I left my corporate job because I wanted to do something more meaningful, which is helping women reclaim their health through yoga. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all routines. When we work together, it is just you and me focusing on your unique goals, whether that is managing thyroid symptoms or finding relief from menstrual discomfort.
