When we train one-on-one, I don't just teach poses. If your lower back aches from sitting at a desk all day, we adjust the routine to focus on lumbar release. If you are struggling with thyroid or hormonal shifts, we pair our asanas with specific naturopathy-based dietary adjustments. I travel to homes in areas including Model Town, Civil Lines, and GTB Nagar. For these sessions, we use furniture as props if needed, making yoga accessible even if you are managing stiff joints or recovering from injury. My goal is to make your practice comfortable and effective right in your living room.
Digital Flexibility
If you are outside Delhi or have a packed schedule, my Zoom sessions offer the same level of attention. I observe your posture and correct it in real-time, offering verbal cues for form correction and using wall support techniques for inversions. We accommodate your time zone, making consistency easier to maintain.
