At my core, I believe yoga is a journey of finding balance where you currently are. My therapeutic approach is rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern scientific understanding, such as the evidence I observed regarding the impact of Bhramari pranayama on brain activity. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, PCOS, or simply the stress of city life, we build a path together that feels sustainable.
If you choose in-person therapy at my Yoganiroga Wellness Studio in Talaghattapura, Bengaluru, we use props like blocks and straps for manual alignment corrections to ensure you get the most out of every stretch safely. For online clients, I guide you on how to use household items like beds or walls to mimic studio-grade support. I work with clients across Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, bringing that same level of personalized care to your home.
My sessions move beyond physical asanas. We integrate breathwork and restorative flows to help regulate your nervous system. Every session includes a medical audit where we discuss your symptoms or current health challenges. After we practice, I provide simple summaries, often via voice notes, so you have a reference for your daily home practice. This is about giving you the tools to manage your own health independently.
