Yoga is for everyone in the family. Here, I am guiding a family through Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II pose) during a private at-home yoga session in Delhi. It's a great way to build strength and bond together.

- Studio Classes: For those who thrive in a community setting, I conduct group classes at 24 Fitness Studio in Malviya Nagar. These are high-energy sessions mixing Hatha and Vinyasa flow.
- Corporate Wellness: I bring yoga into the workplace, helping employees de-stress and find focus amidst busy schedules.
Therapy & Specialized Care
My therapy sessions combine medical yoga, acupressure, and natural diet planning. I specifically target issues like cervical spondylitis, sciatica, diabetes, and injury rehabilitation. These sessions are slower-paced and focused on safety, ensuring you get the right movement for your condition.
