One thing my students value most is how I adapt to their specific space and needs. Whether you have a dedicated room or just a small corner in your home in Model Town or Civil Lines, I modify the Hatha and Vinyasa poses so you can practice safely and effectively. It is about making yoga work for your life, not changing your life to fit yoga.
How We Get Results
My approach is never one-size-fits-all. When you book a session, we start by looking at your current health—whether that is managing back pain, navigating thyroid symptoms, or working on postpartum recovery. Because I only take one-on-one sessions, I can offer the hands-on posture correction you need to prevent injury and deepen your practice.
Where We Practice
I keep my teaching flexible to make sure you stay consistent:
- In-Home (North Delhi): I travel to Model Town, Civil Lines, and GTB Nagar for personalized, face-to-face training.
- Online: If you are outside of North Delhi or prefer the comfort of your own home at any time, we can connect over Zoom. We work through the same flow, and I watch every movement to ensure you are doing it correctly.
A Focus on Sustainable Health
Yoga is more than just the time we spend on the mat. My students see the biggest transformations when we combine asanas with the right lifestyle changes. I provide simple naturopathy-based diet guidance alongside our practice, which helps many of my students manage weight and energy levels more effectively.
