About International Workshops & Soulful Escapes

Don't mistake these for typical tourist trips. When we practice on a beach in Thailand or the Dubai desert, it is about using that environment to break your city-induced tension. Expect a balance of structured flow and silent reflection—it is the perfect 'work-in' to reset if you have been running on autopilot.

My workshops are designed as 'work-ins,' not vacations. I believe that desh azaad ho gaya, par apne sharir ko kab azaad karoge? (The country is free, but when will you free your body?).

We bridge the gap between travel and deep practice. Whether it is an Ashtanga sequence at sunrise on a Dubai dune or a restorative flow by the Thai coast, the goal remains the same: Samatvam (balance). I select locations that aren't just scenic, but energetically supportive for meditation and asana practice.

  • Beyond the Asana: We blend daily yoga with guided pranayama, nature walks, and shared Satvik meals.
