About Yoga in Nature's Lap

There are no polished wooden floors or air-conditioned studios here. We practice on the natural ground—sometimes on a monastery terrace in Spiti, other times on a rocky riverbank in Kedarnath. The ground is uneven, the air is crisp, and you have to find your balance not just physically, but mentally, in a space that doesn't cater to comfort but to connection.
