About Themed Workshops & Special Events
These workshops are not just about physical movement; they are a deep-dive into specific 'kriyas' (action sets) tailored to the current season. Whether it is a Winter Solstice reset or a Summer Solstice vitality session, I combine breathwork, mantra, and meditation to help you shift your state, clear stagnant energy, and prepare your nervous system for the months ahead. It is a space to show up, breathe, and reset with our Sangat.
Nature has a rhythm, and our bodies are designed to follow it. Modern life often pulls us away from these natural cycles, which is why I organize these thematic workshops. They are designed to act as a bridge—taking you from a state of disconnect back to your own inner alignment.
How We Work
Every session is built around a specific theme or cosmic event. For instance, during the solstice, we focus on the transition of light—honoring the darkness to welcome the return of vitality. We use:
- Kriyas: Precise movement sets that work on specific glandular and systemic responses.
- Pranayama: Breathwork to regulate the nervous system.
- Mantra & Mudra: Sound and hand positions to focus the mind and stimulate meridians.
A Community of Sangat
These are not solitary practices. We gather as a 'Sangat' (community) in Delhi or online. The power of practicing together—chanting in unison and holding space for each other—creates a collective energy that is often stronger than what you can achieve alone.
Whether you are a complete beginner or a long-time practitioner, these sessions provide a practical 'technology' for your life. You do not need any prior experience to join. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to sit with yourself. These workshops are a conscious choice to slow down, listen to what your body is telling you, and walk out feeling more present than when you walked in.
