Hello, I am Ritu Malhotra. At 55, I believe in aging gracefully from the inside out, without artificial fillers or quick fixes. In this video, I introduce my philosophy of facial yoga, a natural way to tone your facial muscles, achieve a chiseled jawline, and get skin that feels and looks rejuvenated. This is the foundation of my 'Stay Young with Yogritu' campaign.
This is a practical demonstration of one of my facial massage techniques using the knuckles. I show you how to apply gentle pressure to reduce puffiness, smooth out expression lines like nasolabial folds, and relax the facial muscles. This method helps tone the face and drain toxins for a younger look.
This is a little about my journey. With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Yoga Instructor, I have founded Yogritu to share the healing power of clinical yoga. My work has been recognized with awards like the 'Nari Tu Narayani' and featured on national platforms such as CNN, India Today, and Zee Business.
My clinical yoga practice is designed to heal from the root. I help clients with a wide range of issues, including chronic pain, lifestyle disorders like PCOD and thyroid, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances. A glowing face is a result of a healthy body. Here, I demonstrate Trikonasana, or the Triangle Pose. This asana is excellent for opening up the chest and lungs, which increases oxygen supply to the skin. This helps in removing toxins and rejuvenating your skin naturally.
Many of us experience drooping around the eyebrows and under-eye dark circles. In this video, I teach a specific facial yoga technique that stretches and strengthens the muscles around your eyes. By creating counter-pressure, we can naturally lift the face and reduce signs of fatigue.

I have been teaching for over 20 years and practicing for 30. At 55, I choose yoga over fillers. I don’t believe in 'quick fixes.' I believe in consistent, daily practice that you actually enjoy and that fits into your life.
