Therapeutic Yoga for Chronic Wellness & Healing

Yoga is not about the shapes you make; it is about the healing you find. Join me for gentle, trauma-informed sessions designed to soothe your nervous system and manage chronic conditions.

This image represents the core of my practice: a holistic, eight-limbed path to wellness that goes far beyond physical postures. My approach to therapeutic yoga integrates mind, body, and breath to foster deep, lasting healing.

I offer gentle, effective yoga sequences to manage and relieve chronic back pain and sciatica. My personalized plans focus on strengthening the spine, improving mobility, and soothing the nervous system for long-term relief.

If you struggle with falling or staying asleep, my therapeutic yoga for insomnia can help. I guide you through calming poses and breathing techniques designed to quiet the mind and prepare your body for deep, restorative rest.

My practice includes specialized support for women's health, including managing PCOS and PCOD naturally. I use targeted yoga and pranayama to help regulate hormones, reduce stress, and support your overall well-being.

For those with ADHD, I offer yoga as a powerful tool to calm the chaos and improve focus. My sessions are designed for neurodiverse minds, using mindful movement and breathwork to enhance attention and find inner stillness.

Managing Type 2 Diabetes is possible with a holistic approach. I create personalized yoga therapy plans that help balance blood sugar, reduce stress, and support a healthy metabolism through gentle, consistent practice.

Pranayama, or breath control, is a fundamental part of my therapeutic practice. I teach specific breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, improve oxygen flow, and support your body's natural healing processes.

About this collection

We do not do 'fancy poses' here. My sessions are built around what your body needs today, whether that is using cushions for spinal support or breathwork to calm a racing mind. If you have been hesitant about yoga because you think you are not flexible enough, remember that we use props to make the poses work for your body, not the other way around.

My approach to yoga is rooted in traditional practice but tailored for modern ailments. When you work with me, we move away from high-intensity fitness and toward a system that respects your body’s current capacity.

Why Therapeutic Yoga?

Yoga therapy for pain relief and neurological wellness is about regulation. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, insomnia, or the lingering effects of stress, we use a combination of Hatha and Restorative styles to create safety.

How We Work Together

  • Trauma-Informed Support: I provide a space where you can practice at your own pace. If you need a camera-off moment or a modification for a flare-up day, we make that happen.
  • Pranayama (Breathwork): This is often more effective than physical movement for mood and anxiety. We use simple practices like Bhramari and Anulom Vilom to shift your nervous system out of 'fight or flight' mode.
  • Prop-Based Practice: You do not need a studio full of equipment. I will teach you how to use pillows, belts, and household chairs to support your joints and deepen your stretch without injury.

Your Path to Consistency

I don’t believe in quick fixes. My goal is to equip you with the tools to manage your own health. Once we assess your specific needs—be it managing Type 2 Diabetes, sciatica, or digestive issues—we build a routine that you can actually sustain. My digital plans include custom video sequences and PDF guides, ensuring that you have clear instructions for those days when you need to practice independently. This is about finding the calm in the middle of chaos, one breath at a time.
