Sound Healing Sessions for Deep Relaxation
Most workplace stress lives in the body. I bring the quiet back to your office using ancient sound frequencies to help your team find balance right at their desks.
During a sound healing teacher training course, I guide participants into a state of deep rest, known as Yoga Nidra. Here, I am using a Tibetan singing bowl to create gentle vibrations that calm the nervous system.
The goal is to heal. In this residential sound healing course, participants lie in Savasana while I guide them through a sound journey. The handpan in the foreground is one of over 45 instruments used to facilitate deep healing.
A room full of business owners from BNI Bangalore experiencing a collective sound bath. It is powerful to see so many busy minds surrender to the healing vibrations and find a moment of complete stillness together.
Here, I am performing a specific sound healing technique, placing a singing bowl near the crown chakra. This helps to clear mental clutter, reduce anxiety, and improve clarity and focus.
A wide view of a corporate wellness session for international managers. The entire group is in a state of deep relaxation on their mats as I move through the room, allowing the sound to create a peaceful atmosphere.
At The Tamara Coorg, guests experience a sound bath in a dedicated yoga hall. The text overlay, "and I will help you to find real version of yourself," is my promise to guide you inward.
The purpose of sound healing is to help you go deeper. The vibrations from these Tibetan bowls help quiet the thinking mind, allowing you to connect with your inner purpose and intuition.
About this collection
You do not need a quiet retreat or fancy gear to unwind. I bring over 45 instruments—from resonant gongs to Tibetan singing bowls—directly to your office floor or meeting room, guiding your team through a sound bath that physically releases tension and helps everyone reset their focus in under an hour.
In the fast-paced world of business, we often forget that peace is already inside us. My goal with these sessions is to help your team access that calm, whether they are entry-level staff or CEOs.
Why Sound Healing Works
Sound is ancient medicine. When you listen to the frequencies of Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, or the handpan, your brain waves shift from high-stress beta states to deeper, more relaxed states. It is not magic; it is simply physics and biology working together. I have seen this shift happen with teams from tech startups in Bengaluru to international managers.
How We Work
- Adaptable Setup: You do not need a dedicated yoga studio. I have conducted these sessions in open-plan offices, boardrooms, and training halls. Whether your team is sitting in office chairs or lying on mats, the vibrations reach everyone.
- Inclusive Practice: No special clothes or athletic ability required. People can participate exactly as they are.
- Immediate Results: We do not just listen; we reset. A typical session includes a body scan meditation to ground the group, followed by a continuous sound immersion that melts away the stiffness from sitting at desks all day.
Beyond Relaxation
I don’t just provide a listening experience. I combine sound with basic Marma therapy (Ayurvedic pressure points) and breathwork to give your team practical tools they can use after I leave. My work with companies like 7-Eleven and BNI Bangalore shows that when a team rests together, the culture shifts to be more positive and connected. If you are ready to bring this stillness to your workplace, let’s talk.
