About this collection
The session is designed for work environments, so we do not need yoga mats or special clothing. Whether we are doing chair-based spinal stretches or laughter exercises, it happens right at your desks, making it easy to fit into a busy day without disrupting your team's schedule.
How Laughter Yoga Shifts Team Dynamics
It might seem silly at first, but the results are immediate. Laughter, whether genuine or simulated, triggers the release of endorphins in the body, which helps lower stress levels and improve blood circulation. I have designed this 60-minute workshop to break the monotony of the workday and reset the energy in the room.
What Happens in a Session
- Laughter Yoga (20 minutes): We engage in guided exercises that stimulate laughter. Even if it starts as a fun activity, the body reacts physiologically as if it were real, reducing anxiety and improving mood.
- Desk Yoga (25 minutes): No need to change into gym clothes. We focus on simple spinal twists, neck rotations, and wrist stretches that address screen fatigue and stiffness caused by sitting.
- Acoustic Handpan Reset (15 minutes): We close the session with live music. I play the Handpan to help the team transition from high-energy laughter into a state of calm and mental clarity.
