Your body is like a pharmacy, but you need to know which points to press. In this video, I teach Hakini Mudra, a simple hand gesture to activate the peace that is already within you. Practice this for 10-15 minutes daily and see the results.

If your body feels too hot or you have trouble sleeping, try this pranayama technique. I explain Chandra Bhedana, or left nostril breathing, which cools the body and calms the nervous system. Just five minutes a day can make a big difference.
