From the quiet of the Himalayas to the busy offices of Namma Bengaluru, I help teams and individuals rediscover the peace that is already within them.

About this collection

I don't believe in rigid, textbook-style wellness. When I teach Marma therapy or perform with the handpan, I focus on intuitive practice, letting you feel the pressure points or the vibration rather than just memorizing steps. This makes my sessions highly adaptable, whether we are working in a quiet resort in Coorg or a busy office in Bengaluru, because the focus remains on your own innate ability to self-heal.

My path as a healer has taken me to over 32 countries, from the high Himalayas to the blue cities of Morocco. Everywhere I go, the message remains the same: peace is not something you find, it is something you uncover. With over 12 years of experience leading corporate teams, CEOs, and global travelers, I have learned that the most effective wellness is simple and accessible.

I spent years studying traditional yoga and sound therapy, but I found that the best way to heal is by letting go of academic pressure. In my corporate sessions, we often start by breaking the ice with Laughter Yoga—it feels silly at first, but it works to melt away office stress immediately. My sound healing sessions, using the handpan and 30-inch gongs, are designed to create an immersive experience that recharges the nervous system.

Whether it is desk yoga that requires no special clothes or a leadership workshop on Marma therapy for screen fatigue, every session is built on the belief that you are already whole. My goal is to equip you with the tools to be your own healer, long after I leave the room.
