I believe laughter is powerful medicine. This video captures the immediate shift in energy after a Laughter Yoga and Handpan meditation session. Hearing employees describe their experience as "wonderful," "peaceful," and "outstanding" is why I do this work.

This is the power of a sound bath, right in the workplace. I am using a traditional gong to wash away the stress of the day for the team at 7-Eleven in Bangalore. The vibrations help reset the mind and body, even when you are sitting in an office chair.

You don't need a yoga studio to find relief. Here, I am guiding the team at Ninjacart through simple desk stretches. These movements are designed to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and back, which is common from long hours of sitting.

Many people have heard of acupressure, but not Marma therapy, our own ancient Indian science of pressure points. In this clip from a corporate session, I introduce how stimulating specific Marma points can help with common issues like digestion and bloating.
