Yoga knows no boundaries. Over the last few years, I have had the privilege of sharing our traditional teachings with seekers across more than 55 countries, from the quiet forests of Lithuania to the majestic Himalayas.

Yoga unites us beyond all borders. This is a collection of moments with some of the wonderful yoginis I met in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. It is a blessing to be part of this global yoga family.

Leading a yoga class inside a unique dome structure in Lithuania. The architecture itself feels expansive, helping students to raise their energy and connect with the infinite.

Another group photo with my students from a workshop in the Baltics. Each person brings a unique energy, and together we create a beautiful tapestry of shared experience and growth.

A group of students from Europe joining me for a workshop in the Himalayas. We stand together in Namaste, honoring the divine light within each of us, with the majestic mountains as our witness.

A lighthearted moment at an outdoor festival in Europe, enjoying a natural drink. The spiritual path includes enjoying the simple, beautiful gifts of nature.

It was a pleasure to finally meet Swami Aditya ji in person in Lithuania. He does selfless service by sharing the profound knowledge of Vedic astrology. It is always inspiring to connect with others who are serving the world with India's ancient wisdom.

For the past four years, this wonderful Lithuanian family has come to meet me during my visits. These connections that grow stronger each year are one of the greatest blessings of my travels.

With two students after a session. Yoga is not just about physical postures; it is a journey to meet your true self. I am here to guide anyone who is tired of the rat race and seeking inner peace.

A group of seekers in Lithuania, ready to begin their yoga journey. It doesn't matter your age or background; yoga is a gift for everyone.

A beautiful, innocent moment with a young child at one of my workshops abroad. The purity and presence of children is a powerful reminder of the state we are trying to return to through our practice.

About International Reach: Spreading Wisdom Globally

In my workshops across Europe, I often find that the most profound shifts happen in unconventional spaces, like the dome structures in Lithuania or during our Himalayan treks. Whether it is a small group in the Baltics or a corporate session, the challenge remains the same: helping you quiet the mind. I bring this same approach to my private sessions in Delhi, focusing on root-cause analysis rather than just physical posture.
