Most corporate wellness days fail because they consist of boring lectures or forced, awkward stretches. My approach is different. Having spent over a decade in high-pressure corporate roles, I know the reality of deadline-driven stress and the physical toll of long hours at a desk. These workshops are designed to break the monotony with interactive movement and practical tools your team can actually use every day.
Why this works: I do not teach rigid, traditional yoga that requires you to be a flexible gymnast. I teach functional movement that helps you sit better, breathe deeper, and think clearer.
The Sessions:
Desk Relief & Mobility: We address the common culprits like stiff necks, tight shoulders, and lower back tension. These are not just stretches; they are functional patterns that undo the damage of sitting for eight hours.
Stress Resilience: Through guided pranayama and mindfulness techniques, we create a reset button for high-stress workdays. These sessions are simple enough to do between meetings without breaking a sweat.
Team Bonding through Play: We use movement games to dismantle hierarchies. When everyone is learning a new balance drill or movement pattern together, the professional mask slips, and real team cohesion happens.
Format: I am based in Bengaluru and available for on-site visits across the city. If your team is distributed, I also offer high-energy virtual sessions designed with professional AV setups to ensure nobody is just watching a talking head. We skip the generic wellness fluff and focus on habits that actually improve your team's quality of life.
