Workdays do not have to be just meetings and deadlines. I bring high-energy Zumba, desk-relief stretches, and mindful pauses to teams across Bengaluru to help everyone reset.

Here’s a look at the pure fun we have in my corporate sessions. This was a high-energy Zumba class I hosted for the team at Acko, proving that a wellness break can be the most exciting part of the workday. It’s all about letting loose and boosting team morale.

This video gives you a feel for the flow of my onsite corporate yoga classes. I guide employees at LinkedIn through a sequence of postures, including stretches and balancing poses, designed to release tension from sitting at a desk and build strength.

Your team can connect and practice from anywhere. This is a snapshot of one of my live virtual yoga classes on Zoom, where I guide employees through their practice at home. It's a great way to support the wellbeing of remote and hybrid teams.

We love a good challenge! Here, the team at LinkedIn tries out supported headstands during a workshop. My sessions often include playful elements like this to build confidence and encourage teamwork in a fun, supportive environment.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause. In this session, we are practicing Bhramari Pranayama, a breathing technique that calms the mind. I incorporate mindfulness and stress-reduction practices into my programs for a complete mental reset.

The afterglow of a great session is the best part. This is the amazing, energized team at Acko right after our Zumba workout. Seeing everyone smiling and feeling good is exactly why I do what I do.
