About Yoga at Your Workplace
You don't need fancy gear, yoga mats, or even a change of clothes for these sessions. I teach in conference rooms, break areas, and right by your desk, focusing on simple movements that actually combat RSI, neck strain, and eye fatigue—things I personally struggled with back in my own IT career.
Back when I was working in IT, I used to ignore wellness invites for a tea break. I get the skepticism. My goal isn't to turn your office into a yoga studio, but to share 'inner technology' that fits into your 9-to-5. We focus on practical, classical Hatha Yoga practices that you can do in your trousers or formal wear.
What we cover
- Joint Health: We use directional movements for wrists and elbows specifically to prevent Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) from keyboard use.
- Postural Correction: We address the 'tech neck' and slouching that happens after hours of sitting.
