About this collection

These workshops are not about perfecting a pose in a mirror. Whether we are exploring deep sound healing or getting into gravity-defying movement, my goal is to keep groups small and hands-on so you actually walk away with a new skill. You do not need to be a pro to join; these sessions are for anyone looking to learn, reset, or simply explore movement without judgment.

What to Expect

I design my workshops in JP Nagar to be short, intensive, and focused. Because we limit class sizes to 10-15 participants, you get individual feedback, which is rare in larger, generic classes. We often bring in guest teachers—specialists in gymnastics or sound therapy—to ensure you are learning from the best in the field.

Our Workshop Categories

  • Sound Healing Sessions: A 90-minute immersive experience using Tibetan singing bowls to trigger deep nervous system recovery. It is perfect if you are struggling with fatigue or just need to quiet your mind.
  • Shatkarma Detox Retreats: These are held at a quiet ashram off Kanakapura Road. We guide you through traditional purification techniques like Jal Neti. It feels intense at first, but the lightness you feel afterward is well worth it.
  • Gravity & Movement Workshops: When you want to have fun and challenge your core. We use wall ropes, crash mats, and props to practice inversions and backbends safely.
