Meditation and Inner Work: Finding Stillness in Bengaluru
Yoga is so much more than physical postures. It's a journey inward, a way to build stillness amidst the daily rush. This is how I approach the reflective, quiet side of practice.
Finding stillness in Gomukhasana, or cow face pose, within a serene meditation space. The circular white drapes create a cocoon-like feeling, perfect for turning your focus inward.
A moment of peace in a simple seated meditation pose. The unique design of this space helps to quiet the mind and enhance the feeling of calm.
Lifting my arms in Gomukhasana, opening the chest and heart space. This pose is wonderful for releasing tension in the shoulders and hips.
Another angle of the seated Gomukhasana, showing the alignment of the spine and the peaceful expression that comes with the practice.
Smiling in a simple cross-legged meditative pose. This image captures the joy and contentment that can be found in stillness.

This video shows a gentle movement flow in a quiet park. I believe that mindful movement in nature is a form of meditation, helping us harmonize our inner world with our surroundings.
About this collection
My approach to meditation isn't about clearing your mind perfectly, but about using tools like sound and nature to help you settle into the present. In my sound healing sessions, I use 7-metal Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into a state of nervous system recovery, which is incredibly effective if you have been feeling burnt out or stuck in your head.
While the world focuses on the aesthetic of yoga poses, I believe the real shift happens when we step off the mat and into our inner landscape. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, my meditation and inner work offerings are designed to help you hit reset.
Sound Healing in JP Nagar
My studio sessions are a sanctuary. We create a climate-controlled, darkened environment that removes external distractions, allowing you to fully immerse in sound. Using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, we focus on auditory driving to help your brain shift into Theta states. These 90-minute sessions are not just about rest, they are about nervous system regulation. You will walk out feeling lighter and significantly more grounded.
Nature as a Teacher
I often take practice outdoors. There is a different kind of quiet you find when you flow in a park or by a river. These sessions are about synching your breath with the environment. It is less about rigid structure and more about fluid movement that helps you release stored tension in the hips and shoulders. It is accessible, inclusive, and perfect for anyone who finds a traditional four-wall studio too limiting.
Deep Dive Retreats
For those who need to go deeper, I host overnight retreats around Bengaluru. We look at Shatkarma, or yogic detox practices, alongside restorative flows. Yes, the techniques can feel intense initially, but the clarity you gain afterwards is worth it. We keep these groups small, ensuring you get personal attention and a space that feels like a community rather than a clinical class.
