Hear directly from students who joined my Shatkarma yogic detox retreat. It might sound intense, but the feeling of lightness and clarity afterward is incredible. This is a traditional Indian cleansing practice I guide you through safely in a supportive, small group setting.

About this collection

When you join one of my retreats, we keep groups small, usually 10 to 15 people. This ensures you get personal attention, especially during intense practices like Shatkarma detox, where having a teacher right there to supervise makes all the difference for your comfort and safety.

My retreats, often hosted at rustic spots like Fireflies Ashram on Kanakapura Road, are a mini-vacation for your nervous system. By stepping away from the urban noise, we use restorative yoga and traditional Shatkarma practices (nasal and digestive cleansing) to help you feel lighter and more grounded. Yes, the detox sounds intense, but it is a gentle, supervised process that leaves you feeling surprisingly clear-headed and calm.

Learning Through Workshops

If you can't get away for a full weekend, my workshops in Bangalore offer a deep dive into specific skills. We frequently collaborate with guest specialists—gymnasts, martial artists, or meditation experts—to bring you fresh perspectives.

  • Gravity & Inversion Workshops: These are about learning to play, roll, and fly with proper safety gear like crash mats and wall ropes. We break down the fear factor so you can focus on building core strength.
  • Sound Healing: These 90-minute immersive sessions use Tibetan singing bowls to trigger deep relaxation. It is less about 'doing' yoga and more about allowing the vibrations to help your nervous system recover.
