This is the feeling I want to share with you. Finding a moment of pure peace and connection with yourself, surrounded by the power of nature. My retreats are designed to help you discover this stillness within.

Hear directly from students who joined my Shatkarma yogic detox retreat. It might sound intense, but the feeling of lightness and clarity afterward is incredible. This is a traditional Indian cleansing practice I guide you through safely in a supportive, small group setting.

Practicing Trikonasana as the sun sets over the ocean. My coastal retreats are all about syncing your breath with the rhythm of the waves and soaking in the healing energy of nature.

Discover the magic of sound healing in one of my workshops. I collaborate with experts to bring you experiences like this, using Tibetan prayer bowls to create vibrations that calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.

Yoga is better with friends. Here we are stretching in a partner pose after a beautiful trek in Coorg. My retreats often include activities like hiking, bringing a sense of play and community to our practice.

A moment of quiet reflection during a meditation session. I find unique and peaceful spaces for my workshops, allowing you to turn inward and connect with your inner light without any distractions.

Performing Trikonasana, or triangle pose, on the sandy banks of the Ganga. Practicing in such a sacred and powerful place adds a completely different dimension to your yoga journey.

A glimpse into our Gravity Workshop, where we explore movement, balance, and play. These sessions are about learning to trust your body and have fun, no matter your experience level.

About Featured

When you join one of my retreats, we keep groups small, usually 10 to 15 people. This ensures you get personal attention, especially during intense practices like Shatkarma detox, where having a teacher right there to supervise makes all the difference for your comfort and safety.
