About Hatha Yoga Classes
I want you to actually enjoy yoga, not just go through the motions. My Hatha sessions are all about mindful movement yoga practice, where you don’t need to be a gymnast to fit in. If you’ve never tried yoga before or just want to move your body and feel good, you’re in the right place.
What Happens in Class
- We go through asanas (postures) with an eye on safe alignment—sometimes I’ll use props or even a rope wall to help you get the hang of things, no matter your level.
- Pranayama (breathwork) keeps us steady and focused.
- We always end with deep relaxation, like Shavasana or Yoga Nidra. That "melting into the mat" feeling? Pure bliss, yaar.
Who Can Join
- Absolute beginners, folks with stiff backs, or anyone just curious about yoga for stress relief and flexibility.
