Sometimes the mat needs to move outdoors. From hill treks to tranquil villa getaways, we step out of the studio to practice with nature as our guide.

At our villa retreats, we don't just practice asanas; we dive into your personal constitution. Before we start our 90-minute flow, we have you fill out an Ayurvedic Dosha questionnaire, which allows us to tailor the session to balance your specific Vata, Pitta, or Kapha needs for the day.
