Go beyond surface-level relaxation. Experience the stillness of Yog Nidra and the focused clarity of Tratak (candle gazing), amplified by my collection of Himalayan singing bowls.

A session of Yog Nidra, or "yogic sleep," accompanied by the gentle sounds of chimes and bowls. This practice guides you into a state of deep relaxation between waking and sleeping.

A Tratak (candle gazing) meditation combined with a sound bath. This practice helps to improve concentration and cleanse the eyes, both physically and energetically.

A glimpse into a Yog Nidra session with sound. I use tingsha cymbals and bowls to help guide the participants' awareness through their bodies, promoting deep rest.

Another view of a Tratak and sound meditation session. The focused gaze on the candle flame helps to still the mind, making it more receptive to the healing vibrations.

A Gong and Tibetan bowls sound bath combined with Tratak meditation. The powerful sound of the gong adds another layer of depth to this focused practice.

About this collection

These aren't just meditation classes; they are calibrated journeys. Whether we are using candle-gazing (Tratak) to sharpen your focus or settling into the "non-sleep deep rest" of Yog Nidra, the singing bowls act as a bridge. They ground you when your mind is racing, making it easier to slip into those deeper states of consciousness that often feel impossible to reach on your own.

Understanding the Practice

Yog Nidra is often called "yogic sleep." It is not about taking a nap, but about guided body scanning while in a state between wakefulness and dreaming. When I layer this with the resonant frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, it bypasses your overthinking mind. You do not have to "try" to relax; the sound does the heavy lifting for you.

Tratak is entirely different—it is a cleansing practice, both for the eyes and the mind. By fixing your gaze on a candle flame while I create a soundscape around you, we anchor your attention. It is incredibly effective for anyone struggling with digital fatigue or persistent brain fog.

Where We Practice

I conduct these sessions both privately and in groups at various locations, including Anaahat in Juhu and my personal space in Sanpada. If you are looking to move past standard meditation and need a structured, safe space to explore these states, join one of my upcoming workshops. We typically start by releasing physical stiffness, move into breathwork, and finish by simply letting the vibration integrate into your system.

My connection to these bowls deepens every time I play them. It took years of discipline and practice for me to find this balance, and now I’m here to guide you through the same quiet, restorative path.
